Message Highchem Trading through Facebook with the following details:
- Your Order: Sodium Bentonite 50 bags
- Delivery Address: Deliver to 121 Cabatuan St. Room 2012 20th Flr. Miles Tower, Brgy. 888 Cebu City
- Urgency of your order and other questions: Kailan po makakarating yun item? Kailan po mapipick up ng CaPEx yun item?
We will reply with the price, shipping fee and mode of payment.
- We currently accept the following payment options: BDO or MBTC Bank Deposit
- CaPEx (Cargo Padala Express)
- We will use CaPEx for larger items to areas in Visayas and Mindanao.
- Estimated delivery time: 2 weeks
- Shipping fee depends on:
  - Delivery Location
  - Dimension (Length x Width x Height)
  - Weight
  - Declared Value
    - For insurance purposes

Inform us once you have made the payment.
- Send us a copy of the deposit slip.
- We can also call the bank and verify if a payment has been made.

Payment for delivery will be given to CaPEx personnel once the item arrives.
We will then schedule the pick up.
CaPEx personnel will come and pick up the item the next working day.

Estimated delivery time starts from the moment the ship leaves Metro Manila.
- It is possible for an item to leave Manila on a Thursday even though the item was picked up on a Monday.
- Cargo ships leave Metro Manila by schedule.
