GUIDELINES - LALAMOVE / TRANSPORTIFY DELIVERY

ORDER

• Call or text Highchem Trading at 0966-330-8234 / 0966-330-8235
• Message Highchem Trading through Facebook with the following details: 
  • ​Your Order: Niclon 70% 2 drums
  • Delivery Address: Deliver to 121 Cabatuan St. Room 2012 20th Flr. Miles Tower, Brgy. 888  Pasig City 
  • Urgency of your order and other questions: Kailan po makakarating yun item? Kailan po mapipick up ng driver yun item?
• ​​We will reply with the price, shipping fee and mode of payment.​
  • We currently accept the following payment options:  BDO or MBTC Bank Deposit
  • ​​​We will use  Lalamove  or Transportify for deliveries within Metro Manila and outskirts (Parts of Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, Bulacan, etc.)​
• ​​​Driver is not required to help lifting heavy item such ash Hichlon 70 (45 kg / drum), but they may help.
  • We suggest for receiver to help in lifting heavy items or pay for an additional helper.​

  • Base fare: P 600 + P30 / km after 3 km

PAYMENT

• Inform us once you have made the payment.
  • Send us a copy of the deposit slip.
  • We can also call the bank and verify if a payment has been made.

  • Landmarks (if appliclable): near SM Pasig
• Payment for delivery will be given to driver once the item arrives.
• We will then schedule the pick up.
• It takes at least 1 hr for Lalamove or Transportify driver to arrive at Highchem Trading depending on traffic.
  • Plan your orders carefully and make sure receiver is still at delivery address when the driver arrives.
• ​We can also schedule a delivery for the next working day if delivery for the same day won't be possible.

DELIVERY

• We will inform the receiver once we have given the item to the Lalamove or Transportify driver.
• Estimated delivery time depends on travel distance and traffic​.
