    • Highchem Trading is mainly a supplier of raw chemicals. We do not answer these types of inquries. Please direct these types of inquiries to Google / Youtube / ChatGPT.
  • Do you sell dishwashing liquid / liquid detergent / fabcon / powder detergent kits?
    • ​No, we do not sell kits. We only sell raw chemicals.
  • Do you have Foam Booster? Do you have Anti-Bac? Do you have Surfactant?
    • Many chemicals may be called as Foam Booster, Anti-Bac, Surfactant. Please research the specific chemical name of the item you are looking for then message us the chemical that you are looking for.
NOTE:
  • Supply of chemicals (brand and origin) may change from time to time due to various reasons.
  • All repacked items will only have a basic label. For any additional labels  (Purchase Order No., Manufacturing Date, etc.), please label on your own.

  • Please buy the smallest amount first before purchasing in bulk.
    • Customers are expected to do DUE DILIGENCE on researching and understanding the properties of the chemical prior purchase. It is at your expense even if the chemical did not suit your purpose.
  • We will not accept returns due to “Change of Mind”.
  • Please advise Highchem for any documents that you may require before ordering. This is for clients to know first if the document is available or not.
