- Price list is already listed below. We do not sell kits. Tell us what specific items and amount per item you need and we can compute for the total.
- Nakalista na po ang mga presyo sa baba. Hindi po kami nagbebenta ng kit. Kailangan niyo pong sabihin samin ang mismong item at amount ng bawat item para masabi namin ang total na babayaran ninyo.
- Why is the quality of SLES that I bought today different from the SLES that I bought 2 weeks ago?
- Bakit iba ang quality ng nabili kong SLES ngayon sa nabili kong SLES noong 2 linggo?
- The quality of the item is the same. Our supplier has not changed. SLES may differ in color from light yellow to white but quality is the same. Please be reminded that making dishwashing liquid is not always exactly the same in every batch. We have been making dishwashing liquid for over 15 years and every time the salt and SLES must be adjusted to get the results that we want. And even if the SLES came from the same drum, if it was made in different batches, our formula is not exactly the same.
- Parehas ang quality ng SLES. Hindi po kami nagbago ng supplier. Posible lang mag bago un kulay ng SLES from light yellow to white pero parehas ang quality. Pinapaalala namin na ang pag-gawa ng dishwashing liquid ay hindi parati parehas. 15 taon na kami gumagawa ng diswashing liquid at pabago-bago ang sangkap ng salt at SLES sa timpla namin para makuha namin ang gusto naming resulta. At maski na sa parehas na drum ng SLES ang pinagkuhaan namin, hindi pa din parehas ang timpla.
- Yesterday my dishwashing liquid was very viscous, today it is not. What happened?
- Kahapon malapot ang dishwashing liquid na gawa ko, pero ngayon malabnaw na. Ano nangyari?
- We are not experts in making dishwashing liquid. To the best of our knowledge, that might be due to the salt not mixed / dissolved properly. We suggest to dissolve salt first in water - 1 kilo salt to 1 liter water, then add gradually into the mixture and mix properly until desired result is achieved.
- Hindi kami expert sa paggawa ng dishwashing liquid. Ang hula namin ay hindi naihalo ng maayos ang asin. Suggest namin na itunaw muna ang asin sa tubig - 1 kilo asin sa 1 liter tubig, tapos idagdag ng unti unti sa mixture at ihalo ng mabuti hanggang sa makuha ang gustong resulta.

- Kahapon clear ang dishwashing liquid na gawa ko, pero ngayon malabo na. Ano nangyari?
- We are not experts in making dishwashing liquid. To the best of our knowledge, that might be due to too much LABS or CDEA added in your dishwashing liquid. This is not a wasted product. You can use it yourself and some people even want this result.
- Hindi kami expert sa paggawa ng dishwashing liquid. Ang hula namin ay nasobrahan sa LABS o CDEA. Hindi naman to dapat itapon. Pwede niyo gamitin sa bahay at may mga tao pa nga na gusto ang malabong dishwashing liquid.
- My dishwashing liquid is clear, I don't want it to be see-through. What do I do?
- Clear ang dishwashing liquid na gawa ko, gusto namin yun hindi see-through. Ano ang pwede kong gawin?
- We are not experts in making dishwashing liquid. Please research and direct your inquiry to Google or watch Youtube tutorials. This is not a wasted product. You can use it yourself and some people even want this result.

- It is complete if you ask us. We can make dishwashing liquid / powder detergent / fabric softener with the raw materials that we have. If other suppliers offer different raw materials, ask yourself first what purpose does each of those raw materials serve. Two different raw materials can have the same purpose / function. Do you need different items that serves the same purpose?
- Kumpleto po pag kami ang tatanongin ninyo. Kaya namin gumawa dishwashing liquid / powder detergent / fabric softener gamit ng raw materials na hawak namin.
